Weight Loss/Loving Your Body
Whilst on my weight loss challenge I implemented quite a few techniques to help me to keep my vibration high so that I could remain focused on my goal. EFT played a significant roll in my reaching my target weight. I had many issues about my body and I knew that I would never be able to lose weight and keep it off once and for all if I continued to hate my body.
Once again EFT came to the rescue and I tapped along to this video with Brad Yates, every morning for the 4 months it took me to lose 54lbs. During that time I truly began to love my body and accept it no matter what condition it was in. This I believe is the stumbling block that keeps the diet and fitness industry thriving. Although eating well and exercising are an integral part of losing weight, they are only part. If a person does not truly love their body they may lose weight through diet and exercise but they will never maintain their weight. Having a negative body image will always undermine the best laid diet plan. If like me you have struggled for years losing and gaining weight do yourself a favor and clear yourself of the negative thoughts that are at the root of your weight issues. Doing EFT along with your diet, will ensure that you not only reach your target but keep the excess weight off for good.
Knowing Your True Value
One of the most common reasons for people failing to attract their desires is the belief that they are not worthy. So many of us are raised to believe that we must put others before ourselves and this often leads us to doubting our own value in the world.
EFT (emotional freedom technique) is a fabulous way of getting to the heart of that negative belief and clearing it once and for all. There are many wonderful EFT practitioners out there such as Dr Carol Look, Jessica Ortner and Margaret Lynch, but my absolute favorite EFT specialist is the wonderful Brad Yates. I love Brads style, intuitiveness and sense of humor, he makes tapping both effective and fun.
In the video below Brad takes us through a short tapping sequence to help clear out old beliefs about self worth and build new beliefs that we are indeed worthy of great abundance in all areas of our lives. When I decided I was going to lose weight I began tapping along to three of Brad Yates’ videos and they all helped me immensely in reaching my goal of being able to wear a pare of size 12 jeans.
